Refund policy

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your clothing items within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@allinblk.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your clothing upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@allinblk.com.
